I love creating new smoothie recipes.  Sometimes they are a "bust" and hard to get down but mostly they are really yummy with lots of fresh flavors that scream "nutritious".  This little beauty is no exception.

 

Strawberry-Lime Smoothie

12 oz. water

1/3 cup raw cashews

Juice of one lime

1/2 cucumber

1 cup parsley

1 1/2 cups spinach

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 dropper of vanilla stevia

 

Blend until smooth...enjoy!
