  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves. minced
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  1. Steam cauliflower until soft.
  2. Place steamed cauliflower in food processor fitted with the "S" blade and process until smooth.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower while processor is running.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, being careful not to process too long as the parsley will discolor the cauliflower.
  5. Serve warm.
