- Juice squeezed from 1/2 a medium orange
- Juice from one lime
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp. honey or agave
- Combine above ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together until well combined and toss with Edamame & Coconut Rice Salad or greens.
