- 1 can coconut milk, refrigerated 8 hours or overnight
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp. Agave
- Open can of coconut milk and spoon the cream out of the can into a bowl, leaving the water for another use (like a smoothie).
- On low speed of a hand mixer, whip cream until smooth, adding vanilla and 1/2 tablespoon of Agave nectar. If you like your creme sweeter, continue adding Agave until desired sweetness is achieved.
- Serve atop Raw Brownies, fruit or in between Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies.
