Serves 4


1 lb wild salmon, with skin

1 tsp Truffle Salt

1 tbsp olive oil


Set oven to broil.

Place the salmon, skin side down in a glass baking dish.  Coat with olive oil then sprinkle truffle salt evenly over the meat.

Broil on middle rack for 15-20 minutes, checking for desired doneness after 15 minutes.


Serve with steamed brocolli and Edamame and Coconut Rice Salad.
