A meal in itself!

  • 1 medium heirloom tomato or 2-3 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Basil, julienned
  • 1/4 cup Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea salt (not table salt)
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1-2 cups Arugula

Place the greens on a dinner plate.  Add tomatoes atop the greens, then basil, avocado and hemp seeds.  Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
