  • 1 Collard Leaf, washed & deviened
  • 1/2 Avocado, mashed with 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 Cucumber, peeled & diced
  • 1/4 cup Alfafa sprouts
  • 2 slices Red Onion
  • Herbamare seasoning, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Lay collard leaf on a plate then spread mashed avocado around the leaf.  Add the remaining ingredients and season Herbamare and pepper.
