Hearty Chicken Salad

This is one of the most filling and best tasting salads.  With all of the veggies, healthy fats and protein, you are sure to be satisfied and nourished without feeling like you have overeaten.


  • Spinach, Spring Mix or Romain lettuce
  • Chicken breast, chopped
  • Shredded carrots
  • Chopped onion
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Diced red, orange, yellow or green peppers
  • Chopped brocolli
  • Diced avocado
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (or any nut you prefer)
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon-Garlic Dressing

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.  Enjoy!
