Grass Fed Korean Short Ribs

These ribs are the bomb!  Such great flavor and versatile too.  I serve with mashed parsnips, green beans and a salad.  With the leftovers, I made an avocado aioli and broccoli slaw and stuffed those into sprouted corn tortillas.  Yum!
