  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour*
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 4-5 drops doTERRA Cinnamon Essential Oil
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. pure cane sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a separate, small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together, set aside.
  3. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together oil, agave, vanilla & Cinnamon Oil until incorporated well.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Form dough into balls, cover in cinnamon sugar mixture and place onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes.

*I have tried using other brands of almond flour but they don't come out the same and don't taste as good as these.
