Spiced Cashews

yields 2 cups

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  1. Melt oil in medium saucepan.  Add cashews and saute' about 3 minutes.
  2. Drain cashews on paper towels.
  3. Combine nuts with cayenne, cumin, coriander and salt, stirring well.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
