Chocolate Chip Cookies

makes 2 dozen

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour*
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together oil, agave & vanilla until incorporated well.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Add chocolate chips.
  6. Form dough into balls and place onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes.

*I have tried using other brands of almond flour but they don't come out the same and don't taste as good as these.
