2 cups almond milk (water or milk of choice works wells too)

1 cup Oats (not the quick cooking kind)

1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped, divided

1/3 cup dried cranberries (sulfite free), divided

1-2 tbsp. Chia seeds (optional), divided

1/3 cup blueberries (or any other berry), divided

1 tsp. cinnamon (optional), divided


Bring almond milk to a boil then add oats and stir.  Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook oats for 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally.


Remove oats from heat and divide between 2 bowls.  Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
