- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk, store bought or home made
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
Mix together above ingredients in a medium bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the seeds soak up the milk. Enjoy!
Will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
