As I'm writing this, it's the day after Christmas and I know there are countless numbers of people gearing up to start on their New Year's Resolutions, hoping that THIS year it will stick. THIS year I will be successful. THIS year, I won't fail. But, as I'm sure you've experienced at some point in your life, it's the age-old resolutions that almost always fail within a few months (or weeks) of making them.
Why is this so? Is it a lack of encouragement? Lack of results? Lack of motivation? Lack of education? Lack of focus? Lack of guidance? I'd say the answer is a resounding "YES" to all of these questions and more.
As a Certified Health Coach, it is my goal to be the encourager, motivator, educator, re-focuser, guide and so much more to help you achieve the results you desire. There is a bigger picture to health than what you're probably used to hearing about. It's not about dieting for short-term results; we've all been there. It's definitely not about counting calories and measuring protein and carbohydrates; who can maintain that long-term? It's about getting in touch with what your goals are, reframing your mindset about what health is truly about and having someone there to keep you on track.
I approach health from a holistic point of view. I look at your lifestyle, listen intuitively to what your goals are, help you look inward and evaluate why you may not be meeting your goals and SO much more.
